Price check for 1952 Tula Russian SKS

I have been out of the game for a little while now but in 1952 refurb has been offered to me at $400. The stock has x’ed out old Serial number and a new serial number underneath. Owner of the gun says some of the parts are electro-penciled and some of the parts are stamped numbered but all same serial number. How does this sound?

All matching Tula SKSs are typically around $500. $400 doesn't seem too bad for a force matched.....

Agreed. Love my Albanian, they are much more scarce than Russian
