Take it back to them, explain the problem, tell them to fix.

Last weekend I talked to a tech at GM. He pulled the schematic and said to check the ignition switch, it could be back-feeding power to the cluster. In the interim, my meter **** the bed and ive put it on the back burner for now

I talked with them at length, they have no way to test function in the vehicle unless I can get the vehicle to them. Their bench test supplies power and turns it off after they run the rest.

I can drive it up there, they just work less hours than I do.
