I don't mind using phone text to get a deal done faster, but I go back to ODT PM and type out the brass tacks and get a confirmation to cover my butt... and theirs

I had a deal with a guy..he had a wreck on the way and totaled his car....we ended up still doing the deal out of the back of his car in the impound lot...

I still think if you have a PM with a member giving you their number and you have text of a meet up and it turns into a no show or something resulting in a negative , it should hold , its proof and its verifiable
