That's where it was headed as of last week. No idea what if anything has changed.

The saga of the owner and the BATFE is interesting and you can catch some info by watching videos on the subject.
The owner/developer is an attorney and had his ducks in a row fully expecting the BATFE to give him a fight at some point, his development and legal stance on the trigger was done withi nput and coordination with former BATFE Technical director giving input - Its somewhat entertaining to follow the story.

One funny tidbit is when BATFE came to Rare Breed to confiscate and plan inventory recovery etc - and said their "Testing" concluded it was an MG - Rare breed asked for the test/data and they had none to present. That ended the process as it was poised and rare breed continues to challenge.
