Reasons for taking Social Security at 62.

Only 82, but it's just a number.
Right on!!! Congratulations on having the courage to hang out on this GOD forsaken rock as long as you have. I bet you have some stories to tell. ;)

My Dad is 81 now and I spend as much time with him as I can. I wish I had the sense when I was young to spend MORE time with my Grandfathers and Grandmothers. Young and dumb and was too busy chasing tail.

My dad was regular Army, shipped out to Europe in WW2 while mom was pregnant. Died in France, never saw me, or I him.

Hell yes. I am 52 now and already on disability and fading away. If I make it to 62, send me my foooking money.
As an FYI you can draw SS disability while you are drawing VA disability brother. If anyone deserves it you do.

Yes you can, the only way you can’t,is if you are a federal employee on disability, the you cannot draw two federal disabilities. VA counts for neither because it’s tax free
