Got a couple of old Colt's with the sear block. Anyone know of someone who can properly mill the top protrusion off without damaging the finish so I can use normal Colt M16 bolt carriers?

Yup - saw that. ADCO has suspended milling due to C19. Was hoping someone local could also do it. I can with a Dremel but no longer have access to a mill.

Mines got the pinned sear block. Colt Sporter.
Mine does.Large pins, Slick side. Not sure if all of them do.
FWIR most sear block lowers have .174 pins but not all .174 pin lowers have sear blocks 
The Colt government I have has a block and standard fire control pins and takedown pins.
