Believe me, you don't want just anyone to pack your parachute or to reload your ammunition unless they are licensed and certified to do so.
I have a few friends that I would trust my life with, and only one or two of those that I would accept and shoot reloaded ammunition from!
Heck, I even watch for squib loads and over-pressure signs in OTC NIB name-brand store-bought ammunition! And YES, I've experienced both
in such ammunition including split cases found prior to firing said "New" ammunition.
Paranoid? Yes, but with reasons to be so!
