amazon charges the sales tax
ebay doesnt

many sellers sell the same product for the same price on both platforms, but ebay doesnt add the tax always

Up to the individual sailor whether they collect sales tax or not. If I was a sailor of antiques or not a business and operating from another state I'd tell Georgia to go **** themselves. Ain't collecting and submitting ****

Yeah, how does that work exactly? How does Georgia make someone comply with remitting them sales tax for what they ship to GA, and in lieu of that, sending the customer a "you owe GA" notice?
