4 hours sous vide at 131*. 4 minutes or so flaming hot cast iron

Don't forget to mix the Sour Cream with Course Horse Radish for dipping

I put huge dollops on my plate then spread it around and put the meat on top. Id find it hard to eat prime rib without the horse radish and sour cream. Some times I add just a bit of lemon juice to it.

Def is imo. It has more of the fat. The fats great when not overcooked.

I mixed fresh garlic and herbs in softened butter and slathered the roast with it. I cooked on my pellet grill. The bones would not behave and let it stand upright. I was too hungry to take pictures once I sliced it. It was delicious and moist. I was testing the recipe for Christmas. It was fantastic.
