Riding mower input

Took me a few minutes to get used to it. Drives like a Green Machine. Knocked out my yard in like 30 minutes, not counting touch ups. Bouncing at high speed is a bit uncomfortable but nothing I cant get over.
Its under warranty for 2 yrs so if it holds up I'll be happy with it.

I dont do much towing atm but that might change

OP, most mower manufacturers, including Cub Cadet, have warranties that are not transferable and extend only to the original purchaser... unless he purchased an extended warranty program, which I doubt.
Some dealers might let you slide, but I just wanted to let you know what you’re dealing with.

That Kawasaki is great. You’ll be good to go for sure.

10 years ago I bought a John Deere from the dealer, probably overpaid, but it still runs like a champ, and other than some regular maintenance, no other expense.
Could be a good one. I had two neighbors that had big box store Deere. Both quit pulling. Rear end plastic gear. I always heard to buy from the dealer and get a better quality machine

I want a diesel lawn machine myself. Probably a tractor type in 4x4. I already have a tractor. I just don't want to put a belly mower on it. That's what I really want. But I could go with a 3 point pull behind. Thing is, I don't want to deal with multi blades and pulleys. That presents other problems. I like a single blade. Much easier to deal with. I have a bush hog, but it won't cut the grass neat like I want
