I was at Clark, does that count?
Hell Yeah. Spent many a peso at The Nipa Hut in Angeles City.
When the fleet would pull in to Subic we'd go to Angeles and party with the USAF. I knew a few folks that worked at Clark Control Tower since we worked together during “CopeThunder” exercises. Good times.
I think I cried in boot camp when we learned Subuc Bay was closed. I flew with some of the guys from HC-1 that got sent to HC-4. The stories they told were awesome. Man if could only gotten their in time to exploit locals. Dang.

I spent a summer at Clark Air Base, during Commando Warrior 1985.
Clark AFB 1967 to 1969, San Miguel beer was about 1 peso (.25 cents), the "bar fine" to take a young lady out was 20 pesos ($5.00). Remember seeing the sunrise many mornings on a roof top bar in Angeles City, head back base to work on the flight line and sweat it all out. Repeat next night. 
I don't see many at NAS Kodiak...
