One more advise tip. If you can get a kayak with handles it makes it easy to hang them from your deck or basement or garage ceiling with bicycle pulley hangers that you can get cheap at harbor freight. Here is my setup. My canoe ithat is soo friggin heavy that I never use it is hanging from below my deck. Now I will shut up. Good luck and everyone have a great Memorial Day.
