i am brand new tot his and not even sure what direction im headed lolThis thread will become more useful for you if you can narrow it down to a price point. Then it's easier to make recommendations or steer you toward something that fits your taste and style. I'd say $500 <, $1500 <, $5000 < Just making a blanket judgement lol...
Also are you looking for a weekend piece or an everyday piece? Like others have said, they're addicting. I only have one watch but it's only because I can only wear it on the weekends or while on vacation. If I could wear one everyday, I'd have more than one watch.
Watches are a very personal thing, meaning the nicest watch in the world won't have any value to you if you don't like it and enjoy it. What's your style? Dressy, diver, etc? I like divers although mine doesn't truly qualify as one.
[Broken External Image]:I guess wearing a watch is basically man jewelry, status symbol for guys with small weenies. At this point my watch sits in a dark safe because if I wear it, it will be destroyed for the fourth time. I'm not about flash and my phone is with me constantly if I need to know the time. My wife is a high end jewelry addict like her mom, they can wear that stuff because they behave like women. I gues a guy could wear that stuff if he lives like a girl.
