school me on watches

If you want a badass watch with a Swiss movement and less than $1k, (several are right at the $500 mark) I'd go with Lum-Tec or Tissot. Probably the Lum-Tec bc the lume is AMAZING, the case designs and style strongly appeal to me, and you're not going to see anyone else wearing one. Also sometimes they sell v-series (my favorite) demo watches around the $600ish mark which is just barely above your price point but imo, you're getting a lot more watch for your money. They offer the same designs in several different finishes...stainless, rose gold, matte black, etc.

Great company here, too, Chucklenut. Forgot about Lum-tec....

There's that guy on youtube and instagram called "fakewatchbusta" who takes screen shots of ignorant rappers and celebrities who have fake watches they were schemed on.....pretty funny how mad they get.

I stand corrected, the Lum-Tecs use a Miyota (Japanese) movement. Nothing wrong with that and as stated, it would not stop me from buying one.

These also have Miyota movements and are in your price range. They also have quartz if you decide against an automatic. I hope you know you're making me want to buy another watch...lol
