Scope base question

Say I have a my scope zeroed at 50 yards with my current setup which is a 20moa base with 0moa rings.

How does my point of impact change if I change to a 30moa base and 0moa rings?

I know my impact will be low, but is there a calculation for me to figure a rough estimate?


This is on a 22lr and I needed a longer base to move the scope forward some to get my eye relief just right. Also the scope is in MIL's.

Yeah, I figured that out. For some reason I could get my brain to comprehend when I asked the question. Once I thought about it for a little while I realized it.
