File a police report at that CO sheriffs dept. Thats Grand Theft and Fraud. The Sheriffs can obtain a warrant and get the phone compant to reverse the perp's phone number. Then they can get a name and address. Unless in case its a pre-paid.

Update... I filed the form for the money order. I got it back on Friday. It was cashed. I sent a certified letter to the address that I had. It has not been returned yet. This guy told me that he had a C&R FFL. Is there anywhere to check on this? It may get me more information on him. Now that I know the MO has been cashed and the seller has still not contacted me, I will be calling the law in his county and city to see if I can get any help. I will also file w/ the USPS to see what help they can be. Do I need to file a report here also?
