I got this in the antique store when I went down to visit my sister in Conyers. Tony her husband wanted to go in there I went to excited about it but I wandered in and saw this gun sitting on the counter. The barrel was rusted completely and the stock was bone white it'd look it was so bad. So I bought it back up here and went to work on it. I stripped it down made some repairs on it to get it firing again, I reblued the barrel and repainted the receiver, and finished it off by reviving some life into the stock. It took a while but I finally got it to the place where I like it. Not too bad for paying $25 for an 1987 commemorative Marlin.
