Ship Revolver In Georgia ?

Can an individual seller ship a revolver in Georgia that is being sold to another individual ?
The ones I see for sale indicate they they will not ship?

ok let me rephrase that , you can ship to individual in the same state, not through the usps, and ups and fedex require that the receiver of that shipment be an ffl.

If you notice handgun is not mentioned as being allowed. It is not expressly prohibited, but it is not named as permissible either.

Again, it refers to USPS. Individuals may NOT use USPS to ship handguns ANYWHERE.

In state Ga resident can ship a handgun to an in state Ga resident via common carrier-ie UPS or FedEx
Have shipped and received this way, but its a hassle and expensive. Last one I bought and the man sent cost 50 to 60 bucks IIRC
