What are the restrictions for shipping just a lower receiver to another person (in-state)? I have done some digging online for answers, but still not 100% clear what I can/can't do

Shipping an AR lower receiver

In state should be no issue.
Out of state: USPS Priority Mail, (I use Regional Rate A boxes when I can for lightweight stuff), include a file copy of the buyer's receiving FFL, the buyer's name and contact info on a tag tied to the receiver and a photo copy of your GA DL and/or GWL.
That's all there is to it.
