Shooting a 380 cartridge in a 9mm pistol

Unless you have a freakishly long firing pin, I can't see it working. Reliably.

I saw another video with 3 non-Glock 9mm pistols, all different manufacturers, that all had problems firing the round that you mention.

It will fire, it won't cycle and the brass will either split or expand beyond being able to be reused. Accuracy will probably be nonexistent

Wouldn't the projectile have free space before it engaged the barrel rifling?

Every gun does that unless you reload or the factory messed up and cut the throat poorly

I've seen 308 fired through a 30-06 in a Garand.

Accuracy went to pot and the shooter couldn't figure out why. When the casings were found they were split at the neck, and he realized he'd prepped his en-block with ammo for his M-1A instead of his M1. The Garand seemed undamaged by it.
