Got this gem in the rain the other day...

We had one like that last week and took my wife and daughter-inlaw both to get the damn package out of the box.

I had a package sit in the local for 4 days before they delivered it if you believe USPS tracking.
Our local PO has never been very good but now they just suck.

USPS hides behind union contract to keep from doing a respectable job. They are scum.

They all suck this time of year. FedEx was too lazy to walk 20 more feet today and left a very pricey package on my front porch instead of in the garage. And they propped it up against the wall so it could be seen for miles by the package pirates.

UPS did me the same way last week. Propped up a set of wheels/tires in front of my garage door. I have a front porch that is completely covered across the front by 5' tall shrubbery. Pic is after I backed in, I hadn't touched them yet.

Well, nobody on my street received regular mail service today.

I like my local post office. They drive up to the house like someone is chasing them and they don't ever come to the front door but, other than that, they seem to do a good job. I live in a rural area though. Maybe it makes a difference.

My mailman doesn't even bother to close my mailbox after he puts mail in it.

I'd make the mailbox door hard as hell to open, then wait for him to complain.

I have a large mailbox. The mail carrier would throw the mail all the way to the back of the box.
I returned the favor when I had a letter to be mailed. It didn't take but a couple of times and my mail was at the front of the box.

Well I feel very fortunate, I have hardly any issues with my mail carrier or packages being delivered in a timely manner.

I can mail out and it be there the next day or two, the mail in form the same location could be 4 or 5 days?

I either have better postal workers or I'm locate in the right spot.

I'm not going to complain about my USPS
