I love this stuff.
Just add some to plain old chicken n rice ,then dust it with cayenne pepper

Redbeans an rice ,with hamhocks an anduille

Jambalaya

Make a sausage sub with grilled onions an peppers

Jerk chicken last night. Made the marinade from scratch. There's 2 Scotch Bonnet peppers in there. My mouth is STILL on fire!!

Looks incredible. I always use the Walkers Wood seasoning as my base and add to it.

Oh man. It's fantastic I'm letting it "stew" a bit before I dive in but it's incredibly good bro.

Not everyone can eat rice at my house so this is it before topping rice.

A lot of sausages including andouille (sp) have a bit of an aftertaste that is reminiscent of bologna to me. I don't know, it's a long and attenuated flavor. Not only does this not have that aftertaste it has great complimentary flavors.

It's very good man.
