Looks incredible. I always use the Walkers Wood seasoning as my base and add to it.Jerk chicken last night. Made the marinade from scratch. There's 2 Scotch Bonnet peppers in there. My mouth is STILL on fire!!

Not everyone can eat rice at my house so this is it before topping rice.
A lot of sausages including andouille (sp) have a bit of an aftertaste that is reminiscent of bologna to me. I don't know, it's a long and attenuated flavor. Not only does this not have that aftertaste it has great complimentary flavors.
It's very good man.
