put these on the pit boss this am.

smoked spam anyone?
 
this is a first for me, did it much the same as a pork loin. scored the top, slathered in mustard, some pork rub then over night in the fridg. Gonna smoke it about 190 for a couple of hours. We’ll see!

That’s the exact same process for smoked cream cheese I plan on doing maybe this weekend
