Centerville - at 7:00 was 31.5 degrees, just wet. At 9:00 29 degrees and a thin film of ice on a bucket of rain water. Temp still dropping.
If roads don't dry first, could be dangerous, especially bridges. Even this far south.

But yeah, I always say someone should print shirts: "I survived Snow Bust 2017". And 2016, 2015, and 2013, 2012, etc... pretty much four years out of five.

Yeah, Yeah, and Yeah, to all of the above.
This is nothing new, of course.

To be fair, back in 2014 all the forecasts had the storm hitting middle Georgia, Macon and south. It wasn't until that morning that the storm had obviously shifted north.

Honestly, my only point is that folks will complain either way - either too much hype or too little preparation.

This is why I never trust any Atlanta meteorologist for winter weather. They are not good. I like Matthew east
