Sadly, i think other states will follow Illinois and private sales will be something we talk about/remember..
and the legal to buy/sell/trade wide open private gun sales/trading will stop.

Not saying it will stop people from buying/selling guns illegally(people break laws everyday),but it will soon be illegal to do private sales without Bckrnd checks.

Bet on it.
