So the AK-47 is pre-historic and outdated for battle?

Well that and accuracy, and modularity, and ability to change calibers quickly, and easy of changing parts with common tools, and parts availability, and weight, and corrosion resistance, but yeah, besides that the AK is a much better weapon. :wacko:

Caliber changing is more YouTubesqe than anything. Oh and you don't need tools to work on an AK.

Yeah, but not even a ham sandwich can stop a AK.

Call it what you want, buy my SBR has uppers in 22 LR, 5.56, 5.45, and 300 Blackout. I can swap between in under 60 seconds. Or I can put on a 16" upper just as fast and cross state lines legally without notifying the ATF.
