Sources for 7.62x39 uppers?

A while ago, someone either posted or msg'd me a source for inexpensive 7.62x39 AR uppers. I'm looking for a 10.5 inch pistol upper for a project and can't find the info. Can somebody refresh my memory? I'd like to get one with bolt and charging handle. I already have the lower and build kit.

How loud is that round from a barrel that short?

It probably pretty loud. I am going to be doing some experimenting with subsonic loads which are pretty quiet. It may not work as I hope, but it's worth a try.
