A Florida City Commissioner Shoots and kills a guy trying to steal a hatchet when the guy tried to get out the door.
Looks like he is going to be in a heap of trouble.

That store owner saved someone's life at the shelter, I can guarantee you of that.

I don't think the convicted felon was stealing a hatchet to start his own landscaping business or anything.
