Gas company finally came out Friday and ran the gas line for the new stove..May just do an Omelet later, Ham, Cheese and grilled onions maybe

Wife wanted pancakes and we bought boneless pork loin and made 15 pounds sausage two weeks ago so cooked her some sausage to!

Y’all done got me hungry.
If I can get up off my lazy butt, I’m gonna fix some open face biscuits covered with scrambled eggs and sausage gravy.
Just workin’ on the morning coffee now.

My favorite is a grit bowl. Grits, eggs over easy, (so they bust), butter, pepper, hot sauce, cheese and bacon. All mixed up in a bowl.

Well I took my weekly shower, got out and started on my Omelet. I fully intended to make the first voyage of the new gas stove, by making bread...But alas my kitchen aid was loaned out and they moved..I ordered one yesterday...I saw your breakfast and it made me hungry..I have to find out why the igniter kept firing during my omelet. I haven't learned how to cook for just me, Damn it's times like this I miss my Bride..
