My wife’s Tahoe has one. She never opens the slide shade to see out or let light in.

Sunroof/Moonroof Yes Or No?

Mwuhahaha my hate for sunroofs is validated with 3 to 1 voting. lol.
Not yes, but hell yes.
'05 Honda Pilot's is still going strong. Granted, it spent its first 13 years garage kept. And under cover until my son started driving it.
I like the tilt up feature. In the summer I put the a/c on high with outside air, tilt up the sunroof and crack the rear windows to get the hot air out of the vehicle. Then I close up and turn on recirculation mode.
Also enjoy in the mornings/evenings 3/4 of the year.
Not a must-have by any stretch of the imagination but if it's already there, I may as well enjoy it.

Both of our vehicles have them, but I could take it or leave it. We buy used so we usually get whatever the car has on it. These two just happened to have them. Buying new and selecting options, I would not.
