Got my sparrow stamp in today, couldn't pick it up though. Has anyone else been required to show their trust to take possession of their item? I never have had to before.

I'm sure shop has copy of your stamp and they staple that with your 4473. I'm sure the person listed on the form 4 has to be the one filling out 4473.

I check to make sure you are listed on your trust as a trustee or grantor when we fill out the paperwork, so I know who I'm submitting paperwork on. No need for it after for me.

The ATF is such a pain about all of this stuff though, and what they want changes on a daily basis, so don't be too hard on us SOT's when we ask for something like that. Who knows, that SOT's IOI may have told him he had to do that.

Yeah I mailed out the form so they never saw the trust, its no big deal. It did take me 3 hours to pick it HP though. Whish the gun ban crazy would pass so I could shoot in peace
