Fairly new to this stuff but I've got a very quick learning curve. Where can I learn about piecing together my own ar's and its this a good deal that I should hop on?

Was just about to post about this deal. Just ordered one. The PTAC isn't the best out there but a good budget upper. I have put 1500 rounds down the one I purchased awhile back and it hasn't given any issues and eats up anything I feed it. They are fine for cheap budget ar builds.
