You could probably shoot Tannerite, at least one target of it, at any range; even an indoor range in the middle of Atlanta !

Every cop in the prescinct is expected to have a desk pop every few years, and any experienced shooter needs to pop a pound of binary impact-sensitive explosives at a 25 yd. indoor range.

We allow binary targets on the Black Powder/General Purpose range only at Marion Road Gun Club. If you have a lawn mower out there you better be cutting grass. We have insurance of course, but it protects only the officers of the club. Mo mo's are on their own.
