The lunar spine area. Right about where the "tramp stamp" goes. If you draw a line from the top of the hip bones (iliac crest to iliac crest) you'll be in the general area.

So, yeah, unfortunately where the tramp stamp is placed.

Had one girl's who almost had her entire back covered in a very impressive piece of multi-colored artwork. Really good artist, but there was very little un-inked skin.

Of course, I don't believe most of the younger women getting "stamped" are thinking long term at all when they have the tattoos applied.

Like, I said, some may. Some may not. The literature says "don't" go through ink. But if I can find a pea sized area of untainted skin I'll try.

I got out of the Corps with 4 tattoos. Got a 5th about 12 years later.

I’ve got 5 new tattoos in the past year, with the designs roughed out for another 6 or so. We’ll see where it takes me. @Burning Love has done all this newer work.

Of course, I’m not using food/bill/essentials money to pay for ink.
