Chimay Blue. Though Rochefort 10 is slightly better, to my taste. Chimay is cheaper and readily available. Rochefort seems to be hit or miss in the states.

I also like Geueze; the sourer the better. Vinegarogne, when available.

Lonestar is a decent cheap beer if you're gonna drink a few.....too many. It's like PBR, only from Texas.
