These new pop up ads on odt suck!

So the problem with the ad is if it pops up when you are creating a post or editing or whatever it takes over the page and when you close it the page refreshes and you loose everything. Happened to me about three times in a row and I was pulling my hair out. I cleared my cookies and cache and closed all other tabs and on here it came back. I don't have a virus this is an add from the ODT. It has gone since I got my supporter ribbon back on. Just a heads up, probably really frustrating newer users that aren't supporters yet and If I wasn't a supporter it would have prevented me from becoming one personally

Sounds like maybe you should be a little more cautious of the "other sites" you browse. Some of those sites will install browser add ons that will emulate pop ups.

It did it on my phone several times for a couple days as well. Hasn't done it anymore though.

Being a supporter may help. But wearing a supporter might definitely help with those pop ups.....................just sayin.........
