Yep. They were "drilling" the possibility planes could be hijacked and used as missiles. You really can't make this stuff up.

I would tend to think they were there for extra security if someone would admit that they were even there. now there is a pic of a guy in the same get up walking around with what looks like a radiation detector

Would they really dress like that if they were working security? Would they all need huge black backpacks?
