I agree with almost all of what you said with the exception of these two
1. Mandatory training; i would support mandatory safety training way to many folks are not up to speed on this.
2. Bar carry; nope guns have no place around the consumption of alcohol.

(While Training is a good thing, No other CONSTITUTIONAL right requires training.)

(I carry all the time in bars and restaurants that serve alcohol. When I carry, I do not drink and when I'm not drinking I carry. It is a decision I make before the first drink. I carry in case myself or somebody in my party (wife) is in danger.)
