Homeboy fed you a load of crap.

Since you already have to go back, what i would do is bring him round you you plan to shoot. And tell him how much jump you want.

I left him 2 rounds of different manufacturers and one of my hand loads.

Opened the neck up a little and all is good to go! Got the scope mounted last night and will hit the range hopefully Saturday morning!

Lots of potential first 25 rounds through the barrel today. Shot first 5 at 50 yards to make sure it’s on paper. Than went to 100yards and did a ladder test. Best group was .806” and worst group was 1.2”. These were loaded to book OAL with 69gr smk’s. Just to break the barrel in.

I suspect this thing will only get better with more load development.

Set the bullet out .010” off the lands and it didn’t like that much. With the 69gr SMk’s much. Avg group size was .8” today. Mirage was insane today also.

But holy **** these 73gr bergers shoot like a house on fire @ 3245fps is incredible. .7” group!
