"TITAN" Documentary on Netflix

I'd say about 7 or 8 for content. Would have liked to have the Coast Guard's findings but they weren't available as of June 2025 when the documentary was released.

GF is an engineer at a carbon fiber air/space manufacturer so I'm keen to ask her opinions on Stockton's (and Oceangate's) "culture" and how that likely caused the failure.
Thanks

It's awesome to have a smart GF , I would not know LOL ; as my wife has a short attention span tho I still love her .

The acoustic warning monitoring systems they IGNORED floor me. I'm in a vessel under pressure and I hear loud popping noises? Take me to the damned surface NOW! LOL.

I wouldn't get in the damn thing in the 1st place. For that matter, I wouldn't get in a real steel submarine that is actually engineered by professionals to go down to the Titanic.

Agreed, just not a good idea. Too many things can go wrong. Just a little somethin at that depth could very quickly turn into a big somethin
