Trouble staying logged in?

Can you guys please include the extra info I'm looking for in the first post? I'm trying to fix it but I need more info about it.

This thread is for people that are still having trouble staying logged in. If you do not have any issues staying logged in then you do not need to post about it in here. Please only post if you have are experiencing this issue or have a suggestion for someone who is. Thanks!

If you are having trouble staying logged in please ask yourself these questions:

Have you cleared your browser cache and browser cookies?
Have you checked the "Stay Logged In?" box when logging in?​

If you answered "no" to either of those then please try them first, most problems like this one are remedied by this.

• What Device/Operating System are you using?: (Mac, Windows, Iphone, Android, etc.)

• Have you experienced this issue on other devices as well? If so, which ones?

• What browser or browsers do you experience the issue in? (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)

• What style do you browse the site on?

• Can you describe or provide a link to the page you were on and the page you were going to when you got logged out? Something like "I was on the homepage and got logged out when I clicked on the general discussion forum" would be great. I'm trying to establish a pattern for exactly when this happens so any info about what you were doing or where you were going would be great.

iPhone 6. Just on my iPhone. Safari. The old style...don't like new one.

Are you looking at the same stuff you were earlier? Were you looking at a different forum or anything?

A log from today. Off and on throughout the day. Today most of my use was from a PC using Windows 7 and Chrome. I had 4 drops total. 9:20am - logged off once I clicked a thread in 'Handguns'. 12:37pm - same as above. 2:25pm - same as above but I was in 'Accessories'. 5:38pm - immediately logged me off when I first accessed the site home page. Tin ight I surfed from my Android phone. No issues tonight, tho I've had same issues previously while using my phone.

iPhone 5 safari, new style, logs me out when I go between ads. If i click on and ad I get logged out while I'm on that ad then I go back and I'm logged back in. if I decide to give my gun craze a break and click off to lets say Craigslist with out logging out and then coming back I'm logged out

Hasn't happened today and I'm doing the same thing as always surfing between ads Good luck
