Its a way to restrict who owns a weapon....thats all. Nothing different than any other bill they have proposed.
Most people can't afford it. Just another way to limit the guns.
Why not 100%? Defiance used to be America's middle name.
I guess people think they have too much "Stuff" at stake.....
