Wow! Turkey on charcoal sounds so good.
Yummy!!! I'll be doing outdoor cooking today myself. My oven bought the farm a couple of weeks ago. Not going to stop me though. The bird is going on the gas grill and the pork sirloins are going on the smoker. It's definitely a slow and low cooking day, but it's going to be worth the wait.
Fantastic. I just got up from a nap. Time to find desert.
Love it. Oddly though this is the first tgiving in 8 years where we did not have one on charcoal. Most years we do one there and one in the oven.
Very good. 2nd year cooking on charcoal. Adds a flavor only Kingsford can.
