My wife put on an audio book yesterday about time and how much slower time passes at sea level than it does at altitude. Kinda crazy.

I’ve done the hated job and also trying to remain patient waiting on the meat to rest. Nearly equally maddening! Gotta put some sausages or something on the smoker to get you by!
