The House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee will hold the Final Hearing and vote HB875, The Safe Carry Protection Act. The vote will be an up or down vote on whether the bill will die in Committee or be passed to the House Rules Committee.

The room was full of gun prohibitionists yesterday and they all spoke. Thursday will be our day to speak. We need all the members we can get to come to this hearing and wear your Gun Saves Lives Buttons.

Unlike the gun prohibitionists, we should respect what others say, not applaud nor make snarky remarks or laugh at what others say. That protocol was certainly not followed today.

We are asking all available members to do your best to be at tomorrow's hearing. We will have Guns Saves Lives buttons available for you to make your presence known. It is expected the gun prohibitionists will be there and we need to let the committee and legislators know that we are supporting this bill.

The CLOB is located south and across the street from the Capitol Building.
The meeting will be Thursday, February 6, 2014. The hearing will be held at 4 PM in Room 606 in the Cloverdell Legislative Office Building (CLOB). The address is of the CLOB is 18 Capitol Square SW, Atlanta, GA, 30334.
