It looks like you have made one trade/sell per year since your time here on the ODT. No offense, but I have made five times that with many people in that 50-400 feedback range you specify in the last year alone. All great trades or sales with both parties happy. I have also had the item I just traded immediately relisted here on ODT, it doesn't mean you were played. I just bought a Realtree Colt Anaconda here on ODT and within a week sold it on GB. I didn't like it as much as my 629 Classic, not flipping, just experimenting. Its not the sellers fault really..
Its kind of cycle that really began with the buyers/Flippers here.
Lets say a old guy has 3 guns he bought for $400 each new..After a few years decided to sell them.
Listed 1 here for $300..
Lotsa comments from people saying "Great Price" on his post
But offers Pm from people here for $200 (from the same people said "GreatPrice")
He doesn't really understand? but Sells it for $200
.
Next gun he figures he better ask $350 for the gun he bought $400 new.
Same pattern repeats and he gets offers for 250
sells that one for $250
.
He just about has it figured out now..
The last one he offers a $400 gun for sale for $400
and guess what?
He sells it for the $300 he wanted.
.
So for the 3 guns he should have gotten $900
Instead he wound up with $750
.
and 3 people Combined saved a whole $150 Total dollars..Wahoo!!
$50 each they made off the old guy!!
.
Think about it..All the old guy wanted was $300 a piece
(Great price..err would ya take $200?)
Edit:
Wait..Heres the best part..I have actually seen people Re-post the same gun they just bought from the old guy and relisted it in the parking lot where they just bought it, yeah, Not even wait until they got home. and even use the same pictures from the previous sellers ad and mark it up..
Not to $400 but to $450!!...
.
Don't blame the old guy..Blame some of the Bull**** gun flippers on here
You will know them when you see them
50-100-200-300-even 400 trades on the feedback scores.
They are the ones that ruined the ODT.
