When a man
loves a hand-gun,
can’t keep his mind on nothin’ else.
He thanks ODT for the deal he found.
If it can’t hold groups,
he’ll say it’s his own fault.
Turn his back on his best friend if he puts her down.


When a man
shoots his hand-gun,
spends his very last dime
to buy all that ammo
that she needs.

He’ll give up all of his comforts,
sleep out in the rain,
if that’s what it takes
to fill magazines.

I love thee with the kind of passion I had for my first of your brand,
equal to the burning contempt I found with lesser pistols.

And even if thou should fail to deliver me from the hand of mine adversary,
