Lifted on 33s looks in overall good shape. Ratchet lockers, snorkel etc.

Mileage unknown.

Do those have vented diffs and crankcases? When I hit deep water in my Jeep it definitely goes right in the damn crankcase and rear axle through the vents Doubt it's just for looks with those lockers so that thing may have seen some deep water and neglect! Might be real nice though.

Assuming it’s in decent shape, what would be a fair price?

I'd guess $3k. Any higher I would be looking in the Wrangler market, as their resale is way higher.

This a cool vehicle and I recently sold 2 Cherokees, but the only ones that held any value were the manual and manual/4wd ones.

I'd guess anywhere between 2800-4000 depending on parts, could have detroit lockers or it could have a much cheaper lunch box locker. Do you know if it was regeared when the lockers were installed?
*not an expert by any means*
