Looking at trading with my neighbor and he can't tell me much about this gun. It was given to him by his father in law, who has passed. I tried researching it and cannot come up with exact model. I'm sure the experts on here will know. Thanks for your help.

He has never fired it, he is not sure if his FIL did. If he did it was much.

Pre B I believe. $550 to $650. geezer can give you a better idea though. He's a CZ nutcase

It's an early model CZ 75, 'pre-B' model.

Nothing special about it other than it looks like it was improted by A.A.L. probably in the late 70's or early 80's. The 'pre-B' designation indicates that it predated the addition of a firing-pin block, which occurred in mid-1985.

If you contact CZ they should be able to give you a more accurate birth-date for the gun. geezer 's probably your man for more specific information.

I would say 550 would be fair

You ain't new around here, what's wrong with you? You s'posed to git it fer the lowest price possible~! I know some "traders" here that would have balked and offered him $175 and thought they were being generous.
