Fime will loophole the **** out of that. They could buy them from a subcontractor out of russia as long as ots not directly molot. The way that reads to me says that they cant buy them from the russian based company. Not the actual hardware. I wouldnt break out the credit card yet. Too true... It sucks though because you know Kalashnikov was just added so Obama could get one more piece of gun control through before he left. They had nothing to do with the Ukraine or banks.
